"Pat assisted with reviews of complicated, questionable medical issues on files involving serious injuries and/or fatalities. These arose from automobile accidents, most of which involved substantial impacts. Oftentimes, treatment was for mulitple reasons and extendedover long periods of time. Files involved individuals of all ages and many had chronic medical backgrounds, making it difficult at times to determine what was and was not related to the automobile accident.

Pat was invaluable. Not only did she provide clear and detailed reports, she would also provide materials/illustrations to support her findings and future file handling. In addition, she was always very willing to discuss files in detail in person and answer any questions that arose. Her turn around time was resonable and she was always available for emergencies.

Not many, but some files ended up in litigation. Pat attended court ordered mediations on several occasions. Hearing from someone with a medical background was instrumental in settling claims that involved complex medical issues. If files did not settled and depositions were needed from treating physicains, Pat was instrumental in assisting our defense attourneys to prepare for depositions. Occasionaly, a peer review or IME was needed and she was able to make recommendations or referrals.
